Insurance Claim

Insurance claim management system streamlining the filing process by digitizing forms and automating approvals. Replacing the old manual process of sending hardcopy/email.

Technical Specs

  • Utilizes a mix of raw CSS and vanilla JavaScript.
  • Code structure is functional with object-oriented elements.
  • Database interactions managed with PDO.
  • Initially deployed on an Apache 2 physical server, subsequently migrated to Amazon EC2 with CentOS 7 OS.

  • Creating request liability/property claim form. Can send additional files such as pdf, image and other text files.
